Unfortunately, no one can be told what Redcore Linux is. You have to see it for yourself!

I have 2 monitors. 1 of the 2 monitors is not supported at the driver level, no matter how I try to configure the display, the image is not transmitted to the monitor and the screen remains black. I assume that this is due to my outdated video card. But this is not a problem. I just disabled the second monitor in the KDE settings, if it still does not show anything. Why am I writing this? You never know if these are somehow related.
Not always, but very often, the icons on the desktop move spontaneously after rebooting. This is shown in the screenshot. Some of the icons go down, and some of the icons that I previously placed on the right side of the screen, they move to the right and a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom. I am tired of moving these icons to their original position every time, I wanted to ask for help.
How can I overcome this bug?

Hi, it looks like it's a known bug for which there's no solution at the moment. I presume it happens as long as you have both displays connected, even though one of them is disabled in KDE settings as you mentioned. I also have a very strong feeling it won't happen if you just physically disconnect the unused display. Can you try and let me know please?

I am grateful for your feedback!
I also apologize for taking so long to answer my own question. I was away and wasn't physically at the computer.
I am grateful to you, you made it clear to me that the problem is at the KDE level, and that the developers are aware of it, but so far they are temporarily unable to fix it.
As for turning off the monitor, I appreciate your advice, but I think it won't make sense, since I have 2 systems installed and on 2 systems (Windows). I actively use the second monitor, and on Linux, the problems are at the level of the graphics card drivers, so I don't find anything better than simply disabling it on Linux at the settings level.
Even if this physical shutdown solves the problem, it will simply add more problems.
However, I wanted to ask you a question, if you can help, I will be grateful!
I had an idea how to create a patch and solve this problem in an indirect way. I want to create a script at system startup where the icon location settings in KDE will be saved and even if they shift, the script will return to the previous position. I will benefit myself in this way, and I am ready to benefit the distribution, because if someone encounters this problem, they can find this patch solution here on the forum.
But to do this, I want to ask you to tell me, if it doesn't bother you, in which files the KDE icon settings are located, so that I can create a script based on this information and possibly make a tutorial for the rest.
