Problems with desktop icons shifting and scroll bar appearing
I have 2 monitors. 1 of the 2 monitors is not supported at the driver level, no matter how I try to configure the display, the image is not transmitted to the monitor and the screen remains black. I assume that this is due to my outdated video card. But this is not a problem. I just disabled the second monitor in the KDE settings, if it still does not show anything. Why am I writing this? You never know if these are somehow related.
Not always, but very often, the icons on the desktop move spontaneously after rebooting. This is shown in the screenshot. Some of the icons go down, and some of the icons that I previously placed on the right side of the screen, they move to the right and a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom. I am tired of moving these icons to their original position every time, I wanted to ask for help.
How can I overcome this bug?

Hi, it looks like it's a known bug for which there's no solution at the moment. I presume it happens as long as you have both displays connected, even though one of them is disabled in KDE settings as you mentioned. I also have a very strong feeling it won't happen if you just physically disconnect the unused display. Can you try and let me know please?
