hey, there. i was told about redcore linux through discord.
i used debian an arch on an off. went back an fourth hoping to find a good one. but, had problems. then i now found out about redcore.
i cant figured it out what the best way to update.
i used Redcore.Linux.Hardened.24xx.Unukalhai.LXQT.RC1.amd64.iso to install via usb on my lenovo legion go. impress it run well.
i was told sisyphus --update was the command to update.
but, it gives me: sisyphus --update

i also tried to use: emerge --sync && emerge -uDN @world

so now im trying to use terminal. but, idk the list of commands to use.
i was able to login via terminal with su an updated that way what about not logging in on blackbox terminal?
i was going to install nemo file manager, git, snapd, bluetooth, any other apps that would be useful.
what is the proper commands an to update ans install?
im new to this version of linux. i have knowledge from arch an debian. this will be my third different version of linux cause i had ben distro hoping.

i see, so you have to be in root to install an update packages. makes sense.
how do you convert debian packages with alien? i want to install terabox, but im not sure how.
