Re: ok so let's go !!!

I updated the wiki before actually merging the packages. I merged them now. Try in a couple of hours so they have time to sync to the mirrors and it should work. If not, let me know.

Re: ok so let's go !!!

Hi there, last night I was trying to fix sisyphus cause didn't work and did this

emerge --sync
cd /opt/redcore-build
git fetch --unshallow
git fetch --all
git reset --hard 5361e6b8970e53046955ac5071d9122990cf77ec
emerge -va1 sisyphus sisyphus-qt
sisyphus branch master
sisyphus rescue
sisyphus upgrade

And after system checks something didn't find something and console give me some other command something with emerge sisyphus and then all night it did download about 1555 packages and then installed them until morning... I set-up to shutdown system at 7am don't know how it did finish but could be the problem as wel because now I come back to check and I lost KDE only CLI ......,??
so now my question is there any command to check all systems and reinstall or fix KDE and system !?! Or better to reinstall iso again!?!?

http://mirrors.redcorelinux.org/redcore … /iso-next/

if you want to reinstall, use this BETA iso, you will avoid a very lengthy update, and no fixes are required. you just need to upgrade the system post-install, without those extra steps.

Re: ok so let's go !!!

Ok now Sisyphu GUI  seems to work well, and I managed to install Nvidia drivers with the command described in this wiki ..
. HOWEVER  after rebooting I've got again command line only. ... SO KDE went in space.... again ?? I assume it's related to the fact that I didn't update some config files ? which I was informed to do after installation of nv drivers ,???... And what and how to do it I couldn't find EASY... S just rebooted the system
